Data Deletion & Account Closure Request
At ALTCMO, we are committed to giving our users control over their personal information and data privacy. If you no longer wish to use our platform, you can request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once processed, you will lose access to all custom digital SEO benchmarks, active site speed integrations, report history, and custom dashboards.
To secure our users' configurations and prevent unauthorized data loss, account deletion must be requested via email contact.
Compose an email from the address registered with your ALTCMO account to build@altcmo.net. Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Our engineering and support team will reply within 48 hours to verify ownership of the account. This ensures no malicious or unauthorized deletion requests are processed.
Upon confirmation, all database records, credentials, and OAuth tokens associated with your account will be permanently purged within 7 business days. A final confirmation email will be sent to you once complete.
